Terms of use

Last updated 13 October 2026. Written to be read, not to be skipped. It is not legal advice, and a lawyer in your country should check it before you rely on it commercially.

What this service does

TenderDesk finds public tender lots, reads their documents, estimates what the goods would cost to import, and helps you judge suppliers and draft commercial papers. It is a tool for making a decision. It does not make the decision, submit anything on your behalf, or guarantee any outcome.

What it does not do

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping your password to yourself, and for the accuracy of what you enter. The first account on an installation owns it and can invite colleagues, who then see the same lots, suppliers and settings.

Your keys and your own accounts

You bring your own Claude API key and pay Anthropic directly for what it uses. We never ask for your passwords to supplier platforms such as Alibaba, and we do not store them: that work happens in your own browser, where you are already signed in.

Using it fairly

Use it within the rules of the portals and platforms you connect to. Do not use it to break their terms, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to automate anything a person is required to do themselves.

Accuracy

Figures are estimates built from rates you supply and data read from public sources. Exchange rates, duty rates, freight prices and supplier quotes change. Check every number that decides money before you act on it. We are not liable for a bid you win or lose, or for a deal that turns out worse than the estimate.

Stopping

You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. We can suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or to harm the service.
